Hosting

This website is hosted by an external service provider (web host). Personal data collected on this website is processed on the host's servers. This includes in particular IP addresses, technical log data and communication data. A data processing agreement in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR has been concluded with the hosting provider.

Automatically Collected Data / Server Logs

When you visit our website, your IP address and the start and end of your session are automatically recorded. This is technically necessary and constitutes a legitimate interest within the meaning of Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. Server log files are stored for a limited period for security reasons and are then automatically deleted. Unless otherwise specified below, this data is not processed further by us.

Contact

If you contact us via the contact form on our website or by e-mail, the information you provide (name, e-mail address, message content) will be stored for the purpose of processing your enquiry and in case of follow-up questions. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in responding to enquiries).

Enquiries submitted via the contact form or by e-mail are stored for six months, provided no statutory retention obligation applies and no further business relationship arises. In the event of a contract being concluded, data will be retained in accordance with statutory retention periods (up to 7 years under UGB/BAO).

We do not pass on this data without your explicit consent.
